Since Medical Law is a multidisciplinary field, sometimes the situation that occurs may constitute a crime in the sense of criminal law. When medical interventions also constitute a crime, the issue must be addressed in the context of Medical Criminal Law.

Knowing Criminal Law alone is not sufficient to solve problems arising from Medical Law, which is a specialized field that requires expertise. It is absolutely necessary to work with expert lawyers in carrying out the processes in the investigation and prosecution stages that concern Medical Criminal Law and arise from the actions of physicians and other healthcare personnel.
